  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Head Butter Lettuce
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 1/2 Bunch Kale
  • 1 Bunch Chives

  • 1 Shallot
  • 1/2 Cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Crumbled Goat Cheese
